A working MVP: a deployed, running first version of your product with the core flow you agreed in the scope, plus the source code. It is a real, usable product, not a mockup or a slide deck. It is also not a finished company: polish, edge cases, extra features and scale come in later sprints.

Not when you pay. It starts the moment we have both agreed the written scope and you have given us the access we need, and it pauses whenever we are waiting on something from you. That way neither of us is racing a clock that the other one controls.

The brief, a decision-maker who can answer during the sprint, and access to anything we have to build on: repository, hosting, domain, design files, API keys or accounts. If your project needs something we cannot create for you, we tell you before the clock starts, not after.

Yes: that is the Guaranteed plan. You pay in full before we start, and we deliver the agreed scope whatever it takes. The 24 hours become a target instead of a promise: if we run over, we keep working until it is delivered, and there is no refund and no discount. It costs less than Super Fast for exactly that reason, because the risk sits with you instead of with us. If it is the date you need guaranteed rather than the delivery, take Super Fast: there your money stays with you until we hit the deadline.

On Super Fast: you don't pay, and you don't receive any code. That is the whole remedy: the money stays with you and the work stays with us. We do not deliver a half-finished product and invoice a discount for it.

Anything that depends on a third party and not on us: app store submission and review, domain registration, payment-provider or bank approval, and any sign-off from someone outside the project. We do the work inside the deadline; we cannot put a clock on another company's queue.

You get 14 days of full support from the moment we hand over, on both one-off plans. That covers anything that is broken in what we delivered: bugs, a deployment that stops working, something that does not behave the way the agreed scope says. It is not a window for new features. After those 14 days, or for changes rather than fixes, we bill $15 per hour, or you book the next sprint if the change is big enough to deserve one.

You do, once the project is paid. Full ownership of the delivered source code transfers to you on payment, with no licence fee and no lock-in. Third-party open-source libraries keep their own licences, and we may reuse our own generic internal tooling on other projects. Until payment, the code is ours.

Yes, but read this part carefully if you are a consumer in the EU, the UK or Brazil: distance contracts normally carry a cooling-off period of 14 days (7 in Brazil) during which you can withdraw. Because we start within hours, we ask you to expressly request that we begin immediately and to acknowledge that you lose that right once the work has been delivered. If you cancel before we start, you pay nothing. Business clients contracting in a professional capacity do not have this right to begin with.

Not inside a running 24-hour sprint: a moving scope is the one thing that makes the guarantee impossible to honour, so a change request ends the current sprint and starts a new one. Small clarifications are normal and free; new features are the next sprint.

Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes, withholding or currency-conversion fees that apply where you are. We invoice from Brazil, and your invoice will show what applies to you. Domains, hosting and app store subscriptions are paid on your own accounts, in your name, so those costs and that ownership never sit with us.

Yes, on request and before you send anything sensitive. Your brief, your files and the fact that we are working together stay between us unless you tell us otherwise. We only add you to our clients page or showcase with your permission.

We store it to quote and run your project, and nothing else. We do not sell it and we do not use it to train anything. You can ask us to send you a copy or delete it at any time by writing to hello@datamonkeys.ai.
